I'll put more information here once I've regained the will to live. So... tired... so... very... tired...
One other point: Several chapters make use of footnotes. If you find one of the footnotes, click on the number and it'll pop you to the end of the chapter, where all the footnotes are. Clicking on the number at the footnote will take you back to the originating footnote. (Likewise, if you miss finding a footnote, click on the number at the end to pop you to the original.)
As far as browsers, I'm a fan of Opera (www.operasoftware.com), but I also use Internet Explorer. No Netscape here; if it looks weird on Netscape, let me know & I'll do what I can. Opera looks fine for almost everything, though it doesn't want to highlight the footnote links. IE looks fine, except for one chapter that looks like utter crap. You'll know it when you see it.
